MEET CAPTAIN FAZIL
Welcome Aboard Princess Neyla!
Captain Fazil has over 37 years of experience as a captain, boat owner and private chef. He was born and raised in Bodrum and has extensive knowledge of the coastline and secluded bays. He is fluent in English.
Captain Fazil specializes in authentic Turkish cuisine. He is well-known for preparing delicious local Aegean mezes (appetizers) and dishes for his customers, many of whom include a day on Princess Neyla whenever they return to Bodrum. For tours that include a meal, Captain Fazil discusses the menu when booking. He then shops at the local fresh vegetable and fish markets and prepares the meal prior to the tour.
For the past 21 years, Captain Fazil has spent the off-season living and working in the U.S.A. as a personal chef. He specializes in Turkish and Mediterranean cuisine, with favorites including baklava and Ottoman classical dishes.
